Le Havre. 1,8g d’alcool dans le sang au volant : un conducteur interpellé après une altercation et une fuite

Dans la nuit de samedi 19 à dimanche 20 septembre au Havre, un simple accrochage chaussée John Kennedy s’est transformé en altercation après la fuite d’un des conducteurs.
